Janine’s holistic approach to health and wellness is created out of the knowledge and abilities acquired over 20 years of lifestyle movement and wholefood plant-based cuisine experience. She is passionate about holistic health, exploring the cuisines and lifestyles of centurion global communities, and empowering others to live their most vibrant and meaningful lives. In the last 10 years she has dedicated herself to teaching and sharing the knowledge of Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Wholefood plant-based nutrition education, Meditation and Biotherapies with her clients.
Janine believes that healing comes from within one’s own desires to allow for change and growth. She believes that the best form of healing comes from joy and gratitude. She works with her clients to explore what brings them laughter and happiness. By cultivating changes in our habits and improving our way of eating and moving, she believes that we can imprint dynamic changes in our lives that increase longevity and heal us.
