A Little More About Me
Always fascinated by the traditional systems of medicine in Asia; it has profoundly impacted my spiritual development. I had the opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka in 2008 for a couple of months to get educated in the Yogic traditions and Ayurvedic systems. During my experience, other then my main job working in a pharmaceutical laboratory or backpackers traveling around the world, I also thought Yoga classes and offered Ayurveda Massages in my spare time as a side business. At the end of 2015 I finally decided to live my dream. I quit my job as a lab assistant and I left Germany to improve myself and study more about the Yogic philosophy. I went to India where I completed a RYS 500 TTC .
Inspired by the traditional origins of this amazing philosophic system and as a result of my love for Yoga and Meditation, traveling and learning about different cultures, I decided to turn my passion into a career !
Back home running my own business again and teaching, 10 months later I felt something was still missing. I decided to combine my passion, travelling and teaching Yoga. I went to Greece where I coud teach and massage over the summer, followed by a new study trip, ending up doing another 200h TTC with Mark Whitwell in Bali, completing a Thai Yoga Massage immersion and a Reiki Level 1 &2 course. Finally living in Ubud Bali for the past 6 months I needed to move on and put myself out there. I got the amazing opportunity to study and assist at Akasha Yoga Akademy in Thailand for a 200h TTC.
I trust that I am guided by the beautiful universal flow so I am excited what´s coming next ! <3
