Yoga has helped me to build awareness, authenticity and peace in my life, and has given me the space to discover myself and grow as a person. I hope to share this with my students and to create a community in my classroom that leads a better life as a result of their yoga practice. I am passionate about the physical asana, as well as sharing the mental and emotional benefits that yoga can carry into life off the mat.
