After discovering the empowerment that I found in regularly practicing yoga and meditation, I knew that I wanted to share these valuable skills and insights through teaching. I took my 500 HR YTT in Nicaragua through Moksha Yoga International in 2016 and recently completed my 50 HR Yin Yoga Training this year. I truly believe that yoga and meditation can be for anyone and I strive to make my classes accessible for everyone, no matter what you’re working with on or off your mat. I enjoy teaching Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation. I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety and have found solace on my mat during those dark times of internal struggle. I hold mental health close to my heart and hope to help others find their own inner light during those periods of darkness. I am always a student first, as I will continue to seek new knowledge and learn from what my students have to teach me. When I’m not teaching or practicing you can find me traveling, experimenting with new recipes, exploring with art, or writing.
A Little More About Me
British Columbia, Canada
My absolutely favorite style of yoga is yin yoga. I have a very busy mind and life so being able to intentionally give myself the time to slow down is magic.
