I´ve practiced yoga since I was 16 and it has truly changed my life. I started studying more about yoga on 2015 and currently work guiding practices. I´m algo a Nutritionist and care for wellness, through plan-based nutrition and overall positive life perspective. I have 400hrs of training in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. My interests include traveling and cooking, breathing and keep the body moving through asanas.
A Little More About Me
I believe we somatize our thought and feeling. Through yoga practice I seen how the mind and body work together without we even realizing it. I´ve healed my body and my mind with every breathe taken during a practice. I´m interested in providing the knowledge I´ve adquired through life to every person who is willing to dive into themselves and heal.
