I’m originally from Moscow, Russia but for last 7 years I live in Asia, 5 in India. I completed my TTC in Hatha Yoga in October, 2012 but have been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Primary Series for the next 4 years.
For the last 2 years I’ve been adding a lot of Yin, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga to my self practice, as well as teaching. I believe I’ve found my own voice as a teacher and gained the experience teaching private and drop-in classes, as well as designing programs for YTTCs.

Experience & Qualifications
Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, Pranayama, Meditation, Methodology
Most of my teaching experience I have gained working in TTCs. I have experience in teaching Ashtanga, Yin, Methodology of teaching and asana adjustments (mostly Ashtanga Primary Series but some of Hatha, too), Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Meditation. Since November 2015 I’m giving private classes and enjoying it a lot as it gives an opportunity to connect to a person and teach not Yoga but a student meeting his or her needs and requests. I also design and teach classes focused on a specific topic (chakra, emotional release, etc.) in Yoga retreats. So, I have experience working with groups of 40 people as well as one-on-one tutoring.
