I have my 200hr teacher training from the Akshi Yoga Foundation in Rishikesh, as well as 1+ years of professional teaching experience, where I taught in a wide variety of settings. I have taught yoga to youth, teens and adults in a variety of private and public settings including University YMCA, Hilo Senior Center, and the Seattle Public Schools. I am committed to turning people on to embodying Spirit in their yoga practice and in their lives.  I love guiding students in a safe space to relax, release, and indulge while connecting to body and heart. I have a bachelor of arts in dance and also like to incorporate dance flow into my vinyasa classes.
