I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Flow teacher (RYT200) who is interested in Ayurveda, meditation research and cooking. According to the people around me I have good vibes and acceptive, open attitude. Currently I teach yoga in part-time, besides that I am about to complete my PhD dissertation. Either doing or instructing yoga makes me to feel the flow, thus there is high chance that these two are going to fill my life full time soon :). Since I got insight into anatomy and neurology, I am passionately interested in these aspects of teaching. However, I like to read myths, ayurvedic literature and yoga phylosophy in my free time and I usually hint some info during my classes.
