My interests in yoga include strength building and mindfulness practice. I teach focusing on core, subtle body alignment and intuitive movement. My classes are called Dynamic flow, incorporating vinyasas, and holding poses for 5-8 breaths to build strength and calm the mind.

Vinyasa, Beginners/Basics, Yin, Power Flow
Practicing since 2007. Completed RYT-200 in November 2014 and started teaching immediately. I teach 4 classes a week, and assist a ERYT-500 at Rasa Yoga Center.
