The French smile
From a young age I have been passionate about life, about discovering the world and the people who live on this planet.
I am fascinated by the human body and have always seen it as a temple. My health as a gift that has been passed on to me and that I have a duty to take care of.
10 years ago I began my nutrition studies and three years later I continued my studies at the Pierre Marie Currie Faculty of Medicine to specialize in pediatric nutrition and obesity.
After more than 3 years spent in hospitals supporting and accompanying newborns and adults through different pathologies a click has occurred.
This same lesson in life is passed on to me from the people I accompany at the end of life, the same conclusion, life is too short and we owe it to ourselves to live it fully, without feeling regret.
So I decided, with my backpack, to explore the world, different cultures and medicines.
I discovered yoga in Bali, it turned my life upside down: my head, which normally always works at 1000 per hour, is now able to slow down, appreciate and enjoy the present moment.
Yoga is becoming a daily practice and I decide to go to India in 2017 for my first yoga training (Hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga).
At the same time, I continue to train in nutrition, to discover the principles of Ayurveda and specialize in vegetarian cooking.
I’m going back to India in 2018 for two more yoga trainings and specializing in yin yoga / ayurveda and five elements (from traditional Chinese medicine). Four years and 20 countries crossed.
I had opportunity to teach in different part of the world (France, Reunion island, Mauritius, Costa Rica)
I was super lucky to train myself during 5 month in Costa Rica in a retreat yoga center ( The Sanctuary at two Rivers )
I continue to be trained in vinyasa yoga, tantra as well as gourmet vegan cuisine.
Every summer I come back to France to share this wonderful knowledge that has been passed on to me from all over the world.
It is with immense joy for me to share my knowledge energy and magic ✨
