A Little More About Me

I always dreamed to be a ballerina, but I do not have the body, the flexibility and the anatomy for it. When I was little, I was not able to attend ballet classes when, so my journey took me closer to that later in life.
All my life I was searching, searching for happiness, not understanding that I am just perfect the way I am , and happiness is inwards and not outwards .I spent all my life experiencing pain all over my body believing that this is how everyone also feels .
I have been a very successful Hairstylist for more than 18 years, I loved it but deeply down into my unconsciousness something was blocking my light to shine throughout. I started my spiritual path practising Yoga in 2011, initially as a physical exercise as most of everyone but soon after, I enrolled in a Mindfulness course and Vipassana meditation retreat, to find space and peace within myself. Those retreats and teaching have become annual pursuits and not have just changed my way of living, but my way of being, with myself and others.
The combination of training and personal experience and a lot of patience has made me understand and appreciate my body and its limitations. I find Pilates, especially the Polestar Method, a soft approach. It offers a new way of rehabilitation, building strength and core stability, combining it with good understating of breath work keeping me healthy and free from pain.

150Hr Meditation Teacher

I have been teaching since 2016, starting with group classes, corporate and 1.2.1 session.
