I am a travelling Yoga Instructor, 600hr Yoga Alliance registered and a qualified Reflexologist and Dancer.
I spent 5 months last year teaching on a teacher training course in India and soaking up the home of Yoga. After a stint in the London, I went to work for a UK based company called Healthy Options, at their site in Greece, instructing people of all ages and abilities, from all walks of life – it was a really magical experience! Since then I’ve taught in Bali, Australia, the BVI and Ecuador in various studios and shalas. I achieved 200hrs in Hatha, 300hrs in Ashtanga and 100hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. I am also qualified to teach Pranayama and Meditation.
I enjoy teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Primary Series, different styles of Flow (such as ashtanga vinyasa, slow or power), Nidra, Yin, Restorative and Meditation & Pranayama.
A Little More About Me
I love teaching Yoga, I have always loved the physical side (being an ex professional dancer) but the spiritual side is so important to me now. One of the best feelings is at the end of a class, after a little meditation and upon ending with Namaste, seeing the students in their moment and staying there, and once they come back to the room, the smiles I see on their faces is reward for everything!
I was a dancer and I suffered a couple of injuries that changed what I could do with my body. Yoga changed that for me again, both in terms of what I can do physically but also, I use the mental side to come to terms with the things I can’t do anymore and am so appreciative of my health. As a teacher, I therefore try to inspire my clients to work with what they have and to be patient with their growth.

Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Primary Series, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama.
I got my 200 hours in May 2017 focussing on Hatha, and my 300 hours in January 2018 in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, then a further 100 hours in May in Vinyasa. I have been teaching consistently since I achieved the first qualification.
I’m really enjoying using a combination of all my studies to create my own, unique style and feel I can adapt to each class and give whatever is required of me on that day. I like to plan a class, knowing full well that plans can change and enjoying responding to the practitioners throughout the class and working with the feedback I get. It keep me on my toes but it’s a lot of fun.
