I am a travelling Yoga Instructor, 600hr Yoga Alliance registered and a qualified Reflexologist.
I spent last summer teaching sunrise and sunset sessions on the beaches of Agistri, Greece. After that I worked for a UK based company called Healthy Options, at their site in Lefkada, also Greece, teaching people of all ages and abilities, from all walks of life – it was a really magical experience! Then a few months in Athens before teaching anatomy, teaching methodology, pranayama and flows on a YTTC in Goa,India for the last 5 months. I achieved 200hrs in Hatha, 300hrs in Ashtanga and 100hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. I am also qualified to teach Pranayama and Meditation.
I am comfortable teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Primary Series, different styles of Flow (such as ashtanga, slow or power), Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama.
This year I returned to my previous position at Healthy Options as their Lead Flow Instructor and Company Representative, I’m going to return again next season but for now I am working at a Boutique hotel in Bali, teaching guests, drop ins and visiting retreats.
A Little More About Me
I love teaching Yoga, I have always loved the physical side (being an ex professional dancer) but the spiritual side is so important to me now. One of the best feelings is at the end of a class, after a little meditation and upon ending with Namaste, seeing the students in their moment and staying there, and once they come back to the room, the smiles I see on their faces is reward for everything!
I was a dancer and I suffered a couple of injuries that changed what I could do with my body. Yoga changed that for me again, both in terms of what I can do physically but also, I use the mental side to come to terms with the things I can’t do anymore and am so appreciative of my health.

I got my 200 hours in May 2017 focussing on Hatha, and my 300 hours in January 2018 in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, then a further 100 hours in May in Ashtanga Vinyasa. I have been teaching consistently since I achieved the first qualification.
