I am a curious Student of Life, a passionate Yoga practicioner and a motivated Yoga-Teacher-freshmen born in Germany! I was inspired to become a Yoga Teacher while recovering from a severe leg injury successfully through Yoga and Meditation. In this time I developed an intensive self-practice and a strong passion towards this ancient, beautiful philosophy and practice. I hope to inspire and share my knowledge with as many people as possible around the world. I am looking for opportunities around the globe to inspire others through my teaching, as well as to deepen my own skills and self-practice. Having just returned to Germany from Australia for a while, I am working on my vision and the planning of a project to create a place that combines Yoga with Permaculture and green building/crafts, where people can enjoy life, learn, practice, get inspired and grow together!
A Little More About Me
Limbach-Oberfrohna (Chemnitz/Leipzig) Germany
I participated in a Traditional Yoga Teacher Training in India (Indore, Madhya Pradesh) in where I was provided a systematic understanding of the yoga practices and the method of teaching yoga. The type of Yoga I was taught was a complete and authentic form derived from ancient Yoga scriptures as old as 10,000 years in Sanskrit taught in English. The teaching involved introductions of various branches of Yoga like Ashtang, Hatha, Kriya, Gyan and Vinyas. I was taught basic secrets from these scriptures which cover physical, mental, emotional and energy levels.

Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Asthang, Bhakti
I discovered a true passion for yoga and settled in my decision to become a professional certified Yoga Instructor during my recovery time from a severe leg Injury in 2018. I had tapped into different types of Yoga many years before and taught free classes to friends and family members on an irregular basis. During and after my YTT Course in India in 2019 I started teaching regular Morning Classes for a Group of 10-20 Beginner and Intermediate Students as well as a weekly kid’s class. Returning back to Australia I continued teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in small groups of mainly beginner and also intermediate students for about 6 months. Returning to my home country Germany in March of this year after almost 3 years of working and travelling around the world I established my own little professional Yoga Teaching place to continue teaching to small groups of 4-6 students per course. I design my classes to fit the level of my students following the traditional style of Yoga as taught in India, with a focus on Hatha and Vinyasa, Yin as well as Pranayama and Dhyana.
