My name is Marianne
I began my Journey with yoga over seven years ago, I was fortunate enough to have been taught by great friends and instructors, My yoga journey started in parallel with my running Journey, I started running long distance over 7 years ago and I developed a passion towards running marathons and yoga was one my therapy I longed for after running long distances. I started to appreciate the effect of yoga in my body soon after I got injured from playing soccer and I tear my ACL ligament. I was able to be back on track after the surgery only because I have been doing yoga for so long.
I love travelling and I have attended yoga classes in many places all over the world, I ran 10 marathons, did 3 sprint triathlons and many half marathons.
I took my 200 YTT in Bali with Leah Sugerman and it was a great experience.
Having biological background from my dental career definitely helped me understanding anatomy more.
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, restorative and Yin with the ability to focus on runners, cyclist and swimmers.
The fact that I am part of those people makes me understand what kind of yoga I can offer to them.
