Hi I’m Giulia and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012, I trained more than 800 hours in TTC and have more than a thousand hours of teaching in my background. In August I left Italy with a one-way ticket for a trip that has already taken me to beautiful Thailand and India, where I go regularly to deepen my practice, visit my teachers.
My style of teaching is fluid and dynamic, I put particular emphasis on paying close attention to the details of asanas, meaning conscious alignments and precise adjustments. My teaching method reflects strength and grace of the yoga practice. I work with the student on physical and mental levels to encourage them to let go of their self-limitating beliefs in a safe context, to help them discover their ability and potential. This is a necessarily holistic approach and I deeply believe in its profound transformative possibilities for the individual practitioner.
