Yoga was introduced to me in a time in my life where I needed to develop a stronger connection to myself. Today, yoga is my space for reflection, energy and strength – and in so many more ways today that I could ever have imagined to begin with! I am eager to share the many joys and benefits of yoga with others in some of the most beautiful places in the world.
Originally from Denmark, but have lived in New York since 2013 and have worked and travelled in several different countries. I have always had a natural curiosity to the world and the people around me, and I believe that yoga can be a powerful tool to explore your relationship with yourselves as well as with others. With a background in non-profits and youth empowerment programs, I have a great interest to support other people in making positive changes for themselves, both on and off the mat.
