Hi! I’m MItra, and I have been practicing Yoga seriously since 2018. I initially started my practice to compliment my cycling and boxing trainings. However, my initial relationship with yoga has deepened, and I credit yoga with allowing me to feel comftorable in my own skin.
Yoga has become my support system, and continues to keep me on a path free of negative influences. I truly believe’s in yoga’s transformative nature. I also loves the physical demands from asanas and continue to learn, grow and challenge my own practice daily.
I had the privilege to receive my 200YTT at Yoga Revolution Academy in Costa Rica with teacher Anabel Miranda. I am known for my challenging vinyasa flows, genuine personality and creative teaching style. My goal is to help others find peace and solace. I want all my students to feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves with out judgement .
