I am Former inner city high school English teacher turned yoga instructor and holistic health coach. A history of burnout, addiction, anxiety led me to a path of self healing through yoga, and holistic health. I have learned to manage my physical and emotional health through yoga, mindfulness and my relationship with food and self care. I am on a mission to share the power of yoga, mindfulness and holistic health with women and communities impacted by addiction, trauma and burn out. Weather you are new to a yoga or holistic wellness practice or looking to re engergize your current relationship to self care, I am proud to offer a range of coaching and resources to support you in your healing and wellness journey.

Currently teaching 6-8 yoga classes a week. I teach yoga regularly at a local yoga studio, youth hockey club, local public high school, as well as corporate settings. I lead and facilitate Yoga for 12 Step Recovery classes and meetings. I am enrolled in the school of Integrated Nutrition and am working towards my certification to becoming a holistic health coach.
