It’s Natalie here, a traditional Ashtanga yogi with a passion for all things.
I practice traditional Mysore style yoga 6 days a week at sunrise and teach beginners and intermediate Ashtanga Vinyasa, both at corporates and with private clients. I like to play with more restorative poses outside of Mysore practice as I find this helps to open the more stubborn muscles in the body.
I believe there is no right or wrong way to practice yoga – every body and mind is different! For me, an exhausting Primary Series tends to quieten my mind and lets me enter into meditation more easily. But sometimes I crave a candle lit Yin class with a sound bath and an hour of savasana!
I feel so lucky to have come across this platform which has the potential to help me combine my love of travelling all over this beautiful world with my dedication to sharing yoga with others. If I can share just a fraction of the benefits I’ve gained from this wonderful practice then I will be a very fulfilled yogi indeed.
