I believe yoga encourages us to start living life as it was meant to be lived. By leading us into a deep state of physical relaxation, our yoga practice creates more space for our minds to find out who we really are.
I began my yoga journey in 2014. I started out in constant pain due to my scoliosis but, through a consistent practice, I slowly transitioned to a pain-free lifestyle, which is now filled with physical activities I could only dream of taking part in before. In my yoga journey, I discovered how to heal my own body and this fostered a desire to heal others.
I began learning to be a yoga teacher in 2016 in my native country of Poland. While traveling around Europe I settled in Ireland, living and working here has improved my English skills considerably. While living in Dublin, I completed my RYT200 course at Durga & Antenatal Yoga Studio. Following this, I moved to Kerry and started teaching a range of different classes in my free time, all while still working full-time as an engineer in a large multi-national company.
I am ready to take the next step in my yoga journey and move to full-time teacher work. It has been a dream of mine for many years. I am an adventurous and energetic girl with a taste for travel. I believe I have a lot to offer my students and hope to learn from them too.
