Yoga has been a part of my life for almost a decade and has taught me how to move with intention, as well as act with intention. The focus and connection I find on the mat lets all distractions fade away and leaves behind only joy.
I completed my 200 hour RYT at Aayaa Yoga in Bali, studying Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, and Ashtanga.
I enjoy developing Vinyasa sequences that incorporate different characteristics from Hatha, Ashtanga, and even Yin to create a balanced, diverse, and satisfying flow. I thrive when the connection between the breath and the movement creates a stillness inside, allowing the opportunity self reflection and the clarity for direct, intentional communication to the body. I try to help my students experience this joy in my classes, leaving them stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, calm, and balanced.

A Little More About Me
Oceania and Asia
When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m traveling the world, working as a manager in the hospitality and for and beverage industry.
Before traveling, I lived in sunny Florida, spending my free time camping, kayaking, hiking, and sketching.
I am fascinated by the world of Yin Yoga, focused meditation, and intentional movement. The understanding, acceptance, and release of yoga is what drives me to attain more and more information.
