I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 13 years in Colorado and abroad. I earned her 200 RYT through the Bindu Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia. My goal is to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities, therefore, I offer a wide variety of postures in each practice. I tend to focus on yoga geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of my classes. The physical asana practice is very important, however, the pranayama breath work and meditation are key points in every class. I try to embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind – body connection.
