I’m a chef and yoga teacher formerly based in Los Angeles, California. I have 10 years of professional cooking experience which includes pastry training, savory cooking, butchery, catering, recipe development, and teaching. Just last year I became a yoga teacher and then I decided to leave life in the States behind and travel the world with my partner, who is an AcroYoga teacher. I am wandering the world, meeting and connecting with people, experiencing life in cities and country, sharing my cooking and also trying to practice and teach some yoga along the way.
Experience & Qualifications
While I have been practicing yoga for many years, I just became a teacher in early 2019. I teach Anusara yoga, which is rooted in tantra philosophy and community, and employs specific alignment principles in order to achieve consciousness and bliss.
