A Little More About Me

My personal yoga style is a power vinyasa flow. Asanas built into fluid sequences, aiming to synchronize breath and movement to become present in one’s body, and become stronger and more flexible – both in body and mind.
I am dedicated to my practice, doing meditation and asana every day. Yoga has always given me what I needed when I needed it (be it sweating out frustration and excess energy, sitting in silence to calm the mind, or helping me with decisions along my journey) – and I am eternally grateful for that. I would love to give back, by enabling other people to discover the transformative power this practice has too.
Aside from yoga, I am passionate about protecting the environment and healthy eating, and love spending time out in Nature, preparing and eating healthy vegan food and photography. I grew up trilingual, so I can speak fluent Spanish, German and English.
