As a circus aerialist, I enjoy giving power classes, upper body and core work are my favourites, but I know the importance alignment and deep body consciousness work, that’s why I like to combine elements of Iyengar style to my classes.
Vinyasa Flow is the best to create an organic sequence of asanas, allowing the process of meditation in movement to activate. I do believe in the healing power of this kind of meditation and I guide my students to practice deep breathing and body awareness through the flow.
