A Little More About Me
I’m interested in the Raja Yoga system outlined by Patanjali – especially Limbs 4-8: Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, & Samadhi.
Heated Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Pranayama, & Meditation.
|Currently teaching at:||
Ignite Yoga, Office Yoga – Phoenix, AZ
Experience & Qualifications
Heated Power Vinyasa; Slow Flow Vinyasa; Restorative; Pranayama; Meditation; Arm Balance, Inversion, and Handstand Workshops
I have been teaching for 4 years. Lot’s of private teaching, and helping a friend recover from a stroke. I also teach in a studio, Ignite Yoga, and Office Yoga – both in Phoenix Area.
I have a very strong practice, and love to teach arm balance, inversion, and handstand classes/workshops.
I personally love the physical aspects of heated vinyasa, but in order to work as hard as I do, I have learned how valuable practicing/teaching restorative, meditation, and pranayama classes/workshops are.

I have attended and Volunteered at Bhakti & Shakti Fest for 4 years. Taking an incredible number of workshops with some of the worlds finest teachers. My favorites were Govind Das, Mark Whitwell, and Lorin Roche (Radiance Sutras).
I have also attended and volunteered at Sedona Yoga Festival twice. I really liked a class I took with Tymi Howard, and a workshop with Rama Jyoti Vernon – The Practice of Myth & Sacred Geometry
Rama Jyoti Vernon was one of Iyengar’s first students in the 70s
