I’m Sina from Frankfurt, Germany. Yoga is my big love and while I definitely enjoy just following classes and flowing for myself, sharing it with others and creating a sense of community is what actually keeps me drawn to it.
Since I just couldn’t get enough of it, my yoga journey evolved rather quickly with me completing my teacher training two years into it. I started teaching in 2016 after completing my 200 hrs AYA certified Inside Yoga teacher training and figured I love sharing what yoga can do for your body and mind while creating said sense of community.
I have been teaching 3 regular classes a week since (Vinyasa, Haha and restorative), subbing quite a few more and also also just started teaching a bit here and there in camps and hostels on my last trip to Bali.I’ve started surfing a few years back and therefore have experienced first hand which muscles need a good stretch afterwards or a hearty warm-up pre-surf :).
While in Bali I did 50 more hrs of Inside Flow teacher training. That class is SO much fun, definitely my favorite. You can expect a sweaty blend of Vinyasa, choreography and music (loud music ;)) that ends up feeling like moving meditation.
A Little More About Me
I enjoy going deep (in yin-styled stretches as well as in strengthening poses, really focussing on the correct alignment) just as much as I’m having so much fun with creative flows to the rythm of the breath and some good music.
This goes for teaching as well as for taking yoga classes – who doesn’t just love warrior 1 for a minute straight or really working a sweat during a hearty vinyasa class ;).
