Teaching this last year has been one of the most fulfilling joys I have ever been a part of, and I’m so thankful to have had so many opportunities to do so. Yoga has shown me how to remain grounded in vulnerability, to show up and hold space, and more than anything it has taught me how to embrace my truth. As I am traveling through Central and South America over the months of October through December of 2019, my hope is to be able to continue to share my yoga practice with others. I hope to join you in the near future!!

A Little More About Me
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US
While the majority of my yoga training and experience is in power vinyasa and yoga sculpt, I love all forms of a yoga practice! Anything to get me on my mat, in rhythm with my breath and connecting with myself and others. I love to challenge myself and my students with new balances, strengthening exercises, and gentle stretches.
