I would like to share the experience how the flow of a yoga class is like a meditation in motion. How we can lengthen, stretch, strengthen or rest our bodies. How we play with the possibilities of our bodies, ease the mind and get into our bodies and ourselves. We take time to get out of the head and focus the mind on physical, emotional and spiritual awareness.
A Little More About Me
Personally I would describe myself as a relaxed, calm and curious person. I love cooking and sharing food, stories, experiences, laughs, silence and everything inbetween. Next to yoga I love to surf, play beach volleyball and volunteer for animals.
Experience & Qualifications
Vinyasa/ Hatha/ Yin
I am originally from Munich, Germany and practice yoga since 2011. Now I live in The Hague, Netherlands and practice at Delight Yoga mainly with Peter Roussel. Recently I started practicing at the Iyengar Studio in The Hague as well. I completed a 200 hrs YAI Vinyasa and Yin Teacher Training at Balanzs The Hague this june. After that I gave Vinyasa and Yin classes at the beach at the beachtent de fuut. Now, from November to mid December I undergo a 300 hrs YAI advanced Hatha yoga teacher training in Mysore/India at the Nirvana Yoga Shala.
I can offer energizing Vinyasa flow classes for all levels of yogis to activate and focus body and mind. Furthermore Yin yoga classes and yin/yang classes to focus on joint opening and muscle relaxation. To calm down and enjoy deep stretching and relaxing after a surf day. Last but not least I love to offer slow but powerfully Hatha classes that aim at steadiness and strength building. All connected to the flow of the natural breath cycle.
