Hi I’m Sophie! I come from Tasmania, and have been traveling on and off since I was 21 living in different parts of the world, enjoying different cultures and learning off others.
I recently completed my YTT 200hour in Guatemala over a month long training at the Yoga Forest, and love to teach, so now I want to share and guide others.
I’ve worked for many years on yachts as a masseuse and stewardess.
I have a degree in nutritional medicine through a naturopathic college, and have worked in Australia as a nutritionist for a juice cleansing company.
Recently I have been building my own online nutritional consulting business, Wilder Wellness and Cleansing, which has not really taken off yet, but its something that I’m gradually working on.
So overall, I’m an easy going independent individual who loves all things health and wellness, yoga, also hospitality; and am keen to help out gardening, food prep and serving, or cleaning; and can get handy with painting and fixing things (to a certain extent! – capability dependent). I’m adventurous and love working while I’m travelling to be able to emerse myself.
A Little More About Me
My practice is vinyasa, hatha and yin. I love to incorporate some yoga philosophy into my classes.
