I believe in the invigorating power that yoga has to offer the mind, body and soul. By shifting your ability to approach a yoga practice as a form of medicine can be really powerful. Deepening each breath like they are love notes to your body. Creating unique flowing sequences, connecting each breath with movement while dropping the beats like blossoms blooming in your heart.
My passion for yoga started in 2010 after many years of playing sports, finding any physical activity to do to build strength and stability, I needed something to calm my mind and drop into a state of balance within my life of traveling and growing into my true authentic self in my twenties.
For 10 years I lived and traveled around the United States, attending many yoga studios, yoga/mindfulness classes, workshops and festivals, while also building my self practice up. In 2017 I completed my 200 HR YTT in Eugene, Oregon with a focus on vinyasa and core 26. I then taught at several yoga studios, gyms, a Montessori kids elementary school, local markets, festivals, events, and had private clients as well as led workshops on essential oils aligned with yoga & chakras.
I am currently a nomad yogi traveler, from Central America to Southeast Asia, my spirit is free, my heart is open, I love to teach yoga & be in nature!
