About

Description

Yoga is for everyone! My goal as a yoga teacher is to lead classes where students of all walks of life feel included, accepted and safe. I believe in yoga as a path for positive self-transformation and self love. I am deeply invested in the practice and hope that I can share and inspire others to become curious, life long yogis. The truth is that anyone can pursue yoga, feel the benefits of the practice and rock it.

Yoga Interests

As a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2007 and an E-RYT200 (200 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), I believe that everything in life can be embraced and savored if we remember to move, flow, play (lila लीला), love and breathe. I teach yoga and meditation as a path for clarity, stillness and integration of the body and mind. The vision of yoga that I teach is one that guides students towards intentional clarity despite the chaos around us. Yoga can inspire dreams to be pursued and brightest selves to shine if we can tap into the interconnectivity of everything and have fun while we do it ॐ
