I’m a certified instructor with a 200h YTT completed in India. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. My classes are focused on the body-mind balance through pranayama and they are typically themed, inspired by some yoga sutras. Sometimes, I also teach fun-filled stretch classes for those who just need a little warm-up or fun in their life.
I’ve been practicing yoga regularly since about 2011. When I am not on the mat (which I am almost every day personally), you can find me in the mountains or on a wave. I also work in the hospitality industry and enjoy meeting people from all over the world, or I go and explore the world myself.
