Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice continues to help me taste life for all that it is. Yoga reminds me to return to the sweet (and often sweaty) place of presence and intuition.
I completed my 200 hour mentorship program with Yoon’s Yoga Bliss and my 200 hour teacher training with 8 Limbs Yoga. I am deeply grateful to all of my teachers who have enriched and inspired my foundation in artful sequencing, anatomy, yogic philosophy and meditation.
In my classes, I aim to co-create a supportive community where students explore with curiosity the wisdom of their own body and breath. I strive to provide clear alignment instructions and skillful alternatives based on individual needs. My hope is that students step off the mat feeling more peaceful, expansive and connected.
