Hello! I’m Nicole, a U.S. born world-traveling yogini trained at Sangha Studio, Vermont’s first non-profit yoga studio. What I love about teaching yoga is the opportunity to hold space for students to feel safe and at ease, and I enjoy teaching vinyasa style yoga for all levels, from slow and gentle beginner sequences to high energy flows.
Take my class, and you will see I like to infuse personal narratives and spiritual themes into my teaching style as much as is welcome and appropriate for each individual class! I enjoy crafting intentional sequences, as well as remaining flexible enough to adapt to the needs and abilities of the group, the organization, and the environment of the class.
Every class is a learning experience for the teacher as much as the student. I hope to experience your little corner of the world through an opportunity to share my yoga practice with you and your community.
