I have been practicing yoga for seven years and I am really grateful for the positive changes that yoga has allowed to flow into my life. Initially being within the bikini fitness industry, yoga led me down a different path of self-love, discovery and detachment from the need of approval from others. Yoga has allowed me to cultivate respect for my body’s needs and has taught me how to nourish my mind, body and soul.
Other than the asana aspect of yoga, I also have a great relationship with pranayama and meditation. I lead a plant based (vegan) lifestyle and have a passion for cooking, travelling and blogging. I have been travelling since June 2016 upon completion of my Psychology degree, whereby I travelled Europe, Asia and ended up in Australia for one year. My journey led me to completing a RYT200 hour yoga instructor course in Rishikesh, India-yoga capital of the world. Since then I have taught yoga in Australia, the UK, Greece and Germany.
My intentions of being a part of this website, is to find experience in teaching yoga and sharing my skill set (reiki, massage, mindfulness and nutrition advice) across many beautiful countries. As I am only 23, I have very few commitments in terms of being tied down to one place, and therefore I am very flexible and open to any work offers that I may have.
A Little More About Me
I have been taught to teach Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, with some experience with Acro yoga. I have experience with a variety of different styles of yoga, with a preference for Hatha and Vinyasa flow. (I do also very much enjoy restorative/Yin yoga in the evenings before bed.

Yoga in Nature in Dusseldorf, Germany
Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative
I have had experience teaching daily yoga classes at a private holistic addiction rehabilitation center in New South Wales, Australia. During this time I was teaching morning and afternoon classes to groups of 5-10 guests, including teaching some private 1-1 sessions.
Following this, I taught daily yoga at a luxury retreat in Mykonos Greece over a period of six weeks. My classes involved a range of different styles to suit the guest’s needs, including some private one to one lessons.
Currently I am living in Germany, whereby over Summer I am teaching yoga in the park at 3+ times a week. My classes have drawn in a wonderful following, having roughly 15-20 people come for my classes each week. I have also been asked to teach a yoga class for Girl Gone International (GGI) in Dusseldorf.
I am interested in any opportunities that will allow me to teach and travel during the winter months, and I am also looking to potentially host a retreat next year in Asia.
