I have been practising yoga for several years, and have been teaching Yoga since November 2017 after I graduated from my 200-hour multi-style training in Rishikesh, India. Since then I have been travelling around the world, teaching yoga classes, workshops and retreats in countries such as Australia, India, Germany, Greece, Croatia and the UK.
For the past 1.5 years, I have been living in Hamburg (Germany), where I worked full time as a yoga teacher, teaching classes daily in some of Hamburg’s finest yoga studios. I also run my own workshops and retreats, helping women to connect back to their Divine Feminine Energy (through yoga, dance, meditation and more).
I am also a Reiki Master (I have been practising Reiki since I was 9 years old), and I am a certified Wild Woman Project Moon Circle Leader, and have been running these moon circles for the past 2 years. I am also qualified in Ayurvedic massage, however I have not worked in this field of massage professionally).
I am currently in Australia as my plans to travel to Bali, and teach at a variety of festivals in Europe have fallen through this year due to covid-19. Therefore it is my intention to stay in Australia and make the most of the beautiful experiences that this country has to offer.
A Little More About Me
Most of the yoga classes that I teach are Vinyasa flow. However, I also enjoy combining modalities such as ecstatic dance and dynamic meditation into the classes, to facilitate powerful healing releases, if that is what the lesson is calling for. With my classes, I love to include a meditation at the beginning, followed by pranayama practice, the flow class and ending with a deep relaxation in Shavasana (where I also provide a head massage to further facilitate in the relaxation process).
I also have experience in teaching restorative and yin classes, where I often lead intuitively guided meditations throughout the class, to guide the students into a space of complete surrender to relaxation.
My own personal yoga interests also include acro yoga. Although I am certainly not an expert in acro, I really love to practice and jam within the acro communities. I also am deeply interested in yogic philosophy, and incorporating the 8 limbs and yama’s & niyamas into the themes of my yoga classes.

Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative
I have had experience teaching daily yoga classes at a private holistic addiction rehabilitation center in New South Wales, Australia. During this time I was teaching morning and afternoon classes to groups of 5-10 guests, including teaching some private 1-1 sessions.
Following this, I taught daily yoga at a luxury retreat in Mykonos Greece over a period of six weeks. My classes involved a range of different styles to suit the guest’s needs, including some private one to one lessons.
Following this, I lived in Germany (Dusseldorf and Hamburg) for a total of two years, where I worked as a freelance yoga teacher, teaching classes at a wide variety of yoga studios, offices, schools and gym’s. I also taught a yoga workshop at the Agape Zoe Festival in Hamburg (2020).
I have also hosted a variety of yoga retreats:
Currently due to the covid-19 crisis, I have unfortunately had to cancel my retreats and workshops scheduled for this year (including teaching at festivals around Europe). I am in the process of bringing my workshops and retreat content online, and in the meanwhile would like to find some yoga work in my current location instead.
