A Little More About Me
I came to Yoga initially seeking a practice to improve my flexibility as a complement to the sports that I was competing in however I discovered so much more.
My aim is to lead my students through the same journey of discovery that I have been on, using all aspects of yoga, asanas, pranayama and meditation to encourage self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love that will infiltrate through to their daily lives.
As a personal trainer I am more concerned with good alignment and a safe practice than creating a ‘bendy’ pose but I love asanas and I encourage my students to enjoy their yoga practice without putting pressure on themselves to create a specific shape or to look a certain way but rather to learn to listen to their bodies, love the ability that they have and embrace the challenges of developing new strength, flexibility and a breathing practice.

Power, Vinyasa, Hatha
Current – Yogia Dunia, Nusa Lembongan. Teaching daily; Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and ‘Intro to Yoga’.
Personal Trainer since 2017. Incorporating yoga asanas into individuals training program to improve both strength & flexibility.
