Experience & Qualifications
I have a passion for teaching a variety of styles stemming from the schools of hatha yoga and nada yoga. This includes alignment-based yoga, vinyasa ashtanga, pilates (yogalates), barre, hot yoga, power classes, yin, restorative, meditation, sound healing, pranayma, and cleansing techniques (kriyas). I also have a passion for living the yogic lifestyle in all forms of the daily routine including EATING healthy and I love to share this knowledge with others.
