A Little More About Me



Yoga Interests

Body: Hatha, focused on alignment, influenced by Kundalini and Yin Yoga; anatomy and Yin Yoga lectures after Paul Grilley

Speech: Chanting various types of Mantras, depending on the interests of the group, giving backround infomartion about the importance of choosing positive expressions

Mind: Meditation techniques from (mainly Tibetan) Buddhism and Yoga Sutras

After completing my frist 500hrs of Yoga Teacher Trainings (mainly Hatha and Kundalini) in Germany, streched over 2 years 2016-2017, I started a freelancing Yoga business in North-West Germany for about a year before I went to India for an English speaking trainging in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, completed April 2018.

On my travels I’ve been teaching mostly in Thailand and Italy, but also Austria and Germany. Currently my focus is on 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in which I mainly teach Hatha, Yin and anatomy in Ao Nang, Thailand.

In February 2019 I completed an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training which also allows me to put together personal retreats to release physical and mental blockages through Yoga and meditation practice, supported by this special massage technique.
