A Regenerative Jungle Immersion by Yoga Trade

February 12 - 18, 2022

Join us for a week of reflective integration and nature immersion along the road less traveled, where the jungle meets the sea.

YOGA + WRITING + BREATH

Set amidst lush tropical rainforest, overlooking the open Pacific ocean, and one of the most biologically diverse places in the world, Punta Banco, Costa Rica is an ideal place for those looking to reconnect with mind, body, spirit, and nature. Passionate humans, incredible wildlife, nutritious food, pure spring water, magical land, and pristine ocean. Let’s share our wisdom and grow together!

Happily hosted by Yoga Teachers / Sea Sister Friends / Yoga Trade Family who have over a decade of experience in creating and facilitating wellness events and living in and exploring Southern Costa Rica.

Free time and space offers infinite possibilities: wander in the jungle, relax on remote beaches, journal, take a surf lesson, go horseback riding, participate in a chocolate making workshop, explore the local pueblo, or just BE.

Regenerate your spirit. Immerse your senses in the sea. Journey into the heart of the jungle.

Spirt of Place

The week will take place at TISKITA. A boutique eco resort, TISKITA is a hidden gem! It offers a peaceful setting, has been Costa Rican family run for 40 years, and is tucked away in one of the most biodiverse tropical rainforests in the region. It is located in Punta Banco, a short distance from the spectacular surfing beach of Pavones. Saunter though the canopy on your way to the stunning yoga deck that offers jungle and sea views or relax at the pool or lounge area. There are over 15km of trails (including a waterfall and fresh water plunge pools!) and a fruit orchard with over 100 species of fruits on the property to explore. Beautiful swimmable beaches are an easy walk away. All cabinas are ‘jungle luxury’ and boast ocean + rainforest views and have en suite bathrooms. The food is healthy and delicious, primarily vegetarian, created with local organic ingredients and love.
