Trained in India, the Peaceful Goddess focuses on all areas of yoga incorporating asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and chanting into her classes. Class styles can vary. Group classes are offered, but there is also the option to book private classes. This can be especially useful if you have an injury, if you are a beginner who wants targeted attention or if you would like to deepen your practice.
