Hello, we’re Milly & Alex. The forces behind sensual circuit. A platform for those passionate about creating balance through yoga, mindfulness and sexual wellbeing.

Milly is a certified vinyasa yoga instructor with a passion for self love and wellbeing. Alex is currently underway with her yoga and sexology training.

Together we’ll look after you and take you on a self love journey.

Flow with sensual circuit’s live yoga classes (the wanderlust series) as we travel around the world. The two of us are originally from New Zealand and are exploring Europe. We feel so grateful to be here and to bring you classes from around the world.
