I remember feeling so excited after I received my certification as a yoga teacher in Costa Rica. I thought to myself, “This is going to be such an exciting career change. I’m going to teach classes, lead retreats, and help people. I can’t wait!”
I returned home and got a hard dose of reality. I quickly realized that teaching yoga and creating a business for myself is a tough to do on my own. I felt lost. Not only in my teachings, but the direction I wanted to take in my yoga career. I needed a mentor. Someone to guide me, to brainstorm with, and to support me while I navigated my first couple years of teaching.
I created this program for those that are feeling lost as a new teacher, the entrepreneur who has a great idea but not sure how to put it into action, and for the seasoned teacher who feels like they need support and direction in their business.
You are on this path because you love the practice and want to share it with others.

What its all about…
This is a 6 week program designed to elevate your offerings and skills as a teacher, healer, and yoga professional. Over the course of the program, we’ll delve into topics such as…
* Defining your WHY as a teacher and a practitioner.
* “Niche-ing down” and identifying your target market
* Class observation + audit of current offerings, website, and overall brand.
* Confidence development in demeanor, voice, and body language
* Marketing yourself, both live and virtual.
* Cultivating a clear understanding of your goals as a yoga teacher – and actionable steps you can take to achieve those goals.
What you’ll receive:
* 3 months of weekly meetings (60 minutes each). Note that these sessions will be conducted through Zoom
* On-going support through email throughout the course of the program
* Access to my virtual classes for the duration of the program.
* Three 30-minute guidance calls that can be utilized after the course is over, whenever you’d like.
